Frequently asked questions

Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan covers one tenant, up to 25 SharePoint sites, and one scan — enough to see whether TSO surfaces real reclaim opportunities. PDF and Excel exports are not included on Free.
How is the plan billed?
Direct customers are billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly by Stripe. Customers who prefer to buy through Microsoft can subscribe via Azure Marketplace, in which case Microsoft handles billing.
What does the MSP tier include?
Unlimited tenants, unlimited scans, white-labelled PDF reports, unlimited workspace members — and the choice of hosted or self-hosted delivery. MSP pricing is contact-us so we can tailor it to your portfolio.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes — from Settings → Billing in the app. Stripe-billed customers use the customer portal; Marketplace-billed customers change plans in Microsoft's console and the change syncs automatically.
What Microsoft Graph permissions does TSO need?
Read-only scopes only: Sites.Read.All, Files.Read.All, User.Read.All, Group.Read.All, Reports.Read.All, Directory.Read.All. TSO never requests write scopes.
